What we collect

When you send a service request we receive the name and phone number you typed in, and — if you gave them — the email address, property address and description. We record which page you sent it from and whether you agreed to be contacted.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the request you made, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell these details, and we do not pass them to anybody who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

For as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as our records and tax obligations require.
